If you are currently seeking pre-trial services and need assistance, we have two different levels of assistance that we can provide: Pretrial Information Program (PIP) Full Pretrial Assistance (FPT)
PRETRIAL INFORMATION PROGRAM: Get the information needed to make the most out of the communication with an attorney about your case. Whether you are represented by a $75,000.00 privately paid attorney or a court-appointed lawyer, this service is imperative. With NLPA, you will be provided information from some of the greatest criminal defense minds of our time such as Johnny Cochran, Jerry Spence, F. Lee Bailey, The Office of the Federal Public Defender, and the attorneys of the ACDL. You also will periodically receive copies of the current docket sheet from the courts outlining each development in your case for your review. As your attorney is busy researching, drafting, and preparing your case, NLPA can serve a role to provide critical information to you and your family.

FULL PRETRIAL ASSISTANCE If you desire Full Pretrial Services and your attorney is willing to receive NLPA's assistance, we will converse with your counsel on how NLPA's trained minds can assist the defense team throughout trial preparation. If your counsel agrees to include NLPA as a vital asset to your defense team, we can then focus our assistance on the legal sentencing research and consulting that will directly impact your pre-trial process. - Drafting of pre-trial motions that are case specific to your circumstance.

As the pretrial stage of a case can be very active, your Case Manager will provide you with information concerning any new activity on your case, including deadlines and various orders that are issued.
